Anonymous Branches

On behalf of Anonymous, we want to welcome our sister alliances. This mutually beneficial merger is not just a changing of a name but a changing of direction. We see in you the potential to grow with us and become a powerful federation that will protect and nurture each other. Members will support each other economically and militarily. Every player will learn that the Anonymous Federation is not to be farmed or otherwise trifled with.
All members will conduct themselves in an honorable fashion. That means they will not pick on the weak, bully or otherwise intimidate other players. There will be no rude or foul communication of any kind. If you are attacked and are defeated or vice versa, you will take it in stride. If you feel you are being picked on, contact your leader. There is more to winning a war than just fighting; diplomacy is important and necessary.
Regardless of any past hostilities or difference, we are one Alliance determined to work together and succeed. Sister alliances will retain their autonomy and original leadership. They will function independently. Sister alliances must ensure that current pacts and alliegences do not confilct with one another. They will receive guidance and support from Anonymous and must ALWAYS abide by same guiding prinicples of fair and honorable game play.
Steps for Sister Alliances joining the Anonymous Family
1. Any alliance wishing to join Anonymous Federation must first be assessed for activity, communication and participation. If the alliance is deemed active and strong enough, they will begin process.
2. Diplomacy. Potential alliances must end all hostilites (declared wars) and be at peace with their neighbors. There can be no conflicting pacts with current pacts
3. Membership. All inactive members must be booted and if possible replaced with active members regardless of level. Leaders must have full knowledge of players' time zones, playing habbits, etc. Try to chose your players carefully. While ruby buyers are highly prized, active, intelligent members are better. Obviously, combination of all 3 are ideal. Leaders are expected to research player BEFORE they are invited to alliance to ensure they will be a good fit with rest of alliance and that there are no outstanding issues. If you have a member that is disruptive, uncooperative or is just not working out, warn them then boot them.
4. Probation. There will be a probationary period to ensure that both parties are happy with arrangement. During this time, alliance leaders will focus on learning diplomacy and training members. At the end of probation period which will vary according to situation, alliance will change name and alliance description.
5. Guidance. There must always be a general of Anonymous in sister alliance to facilitate communication and ensure compliance.
